Don't know if anyone else saw this post on Lost Muscle Cars on Facebook today:

Sorry if it isn't real, I have no knowledge of the car!

"An extremely rare Dick Harrell converted 1968 Chevelle 427 in Fathom Blue. Last seen in Arizona circa the early 1970's."

Original owner took it to Florida when they moved there years ago (if I understood the wife's comments correctly) :)

Being Arizona sure seems a good possibility the above ad is the car.:hmmm:
Here's a few more '68 Harrell Chevelle ads but all being Kansas also later than above ad, probably another car also most likely the turquoise one known today?

I was the one who tracked down the original owner of this car and found these photos. I also run the Lost Muscle Cars page. I'll have a full feature on the car in Muscle Car Review in a few months.

A lot of people clip these ads off Newspapers.com When I go in to clip one sometimes there's as many as 4 people who've clipped it prior. Most keep them private so they can research the car first. :-)

Thanks! that means a lot! Just wanted to honor him...everything you see he built before the age of 24. Sorry, a son has to be proud of his dad!

Here's a couple more Harrell '68 Chevelle ads I meant to post previously, one w/ phone #.
As to 69HurstSC's note, sure I've seen the odd ad clipped by others although few of what I've been saving but bottom line,
there's simply too much info for hoarding also time running out so all best shared and good luck to anyone who can find the cars!
