Isn't that the floor shifter they used with TH400 Deuce..??

Yes. There were 2 versions one set up for T 350, and 1 for T 400. Deuces got the T400. Interesting shift pattern. Look like a 4 spd shifter. You need to count pedals. BBBenny runs one in his very fast Nova vintage race Nova.
