Hard to tell from the pic, kinda grainy. It looks to have been sanded down, some of the machine marks are gone. Check the advance plate and post a pic of it. I’m reserving judgement.

Is there a phantom number between the 0 and the 8?
Looks like the spacing between the 1's is different between the first 3 and the last one.
