Lynn, Holly and I drove over to Pavilions today to meet up with Larry (from Prescott) and his father in law...to shoot an upcoming Members Ride for the Yenko Site on his father in laws GTO.

While there, we met up with ever pleasant Jim Parks and the ever popular Charley Lillard. Also we were honored to meet up with the always smiling and joking Ward Gappa, too!

Enjoy the pics...I actually broke out the Nikon today, LOL

Oh yeah...as an edit...Jim Parks got first place in his class and Charley placed second in his class? Larry got second place with his Formula!

These pics are dedicated to my friend Dave Lindsley-I will miss you my friend!

Thanks for the pictures Bruce. I was out there with Larry last weekend and the amount of quality cars is amazing, as is the weather!

What is the “red cone” thing on the passenger inner fender well of Charley's Bonneville?
Factory alarm? Road side light?

I was wondering the same thing. Thanks for asking!

It’s a warning system to let him know if the Brothers are getting too close!

It's a roadside trouble light (reel out light) that can detach from under hood and has enough length that it can go all the way to the rear of the car, in case you have a flat in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. I believe that it is also magnetic?
