Great car with a nice color combo. Seems like a fair deal at the $55,000 asking price understanding it needs some TLC, but I'm not close enough to these cars for my opinion to have any value. What do you guys think of the price?

I'm a little weirded out by what look to be grinder marks around the VIN plate.

63 and 64 Vin tags were spot welded from the factory, so the grind marks are factory prep before the weld, looks good.

WTF happened to the steering column ? Looking at the shifter I have to wonder if it is hooked up to anything.

Even with paint on the engine pad, I do not like the stamp

Wow Charley, I completely missed that. Scary stuff...I'm trying to put myself in a mindset where I'd be okay selling a car without fixing this stuff beforehand.

Would be nice to see the pad w/o paint.

That column reminds me of the old magic trick where they put the lady in a box and saw her in half.

----Along with the stuff mentioned it has a cheap copper replacement radiator, poor repro seat covers and carpet, wrong antenna, and I'll bet it has been popped in the nose as the headlight buckets are way out of alignment......Bill S
