Looking for an original 1966 - 1969? Corvette/ Camaro/ Nova/ Chevelle etc rear differential positraction tag. Should read "Use Positraction Diff. Lubricant Only. The font should be very thin fine style font. Not block or bold letters. There should not be a part number on the tag.
Thanks,
Dave

Doesnt the corvette use the 1 inch plug. And chevelle use the 3/4 plug from 68 on up. Ill have to check my 66 chevelle rear i have here. I forgot if thats the large plug size

Yes all 65-79 vettes and 67 10/12 bolts used the 1" plug while the 68 -up10/12 bolt rears used the 3/4" plug

I just removed an original from the 12 bolt in the 69 Camaro that I am restoring. The original tags are different in size and location of the lettering than the re-pops. never noticed that before.

Dave,
I am not intending to undercut your request. Don’t want to hijack this thread, but if someone can afford to let one more of these tags go, I would like one for my “Ratty” project. It can be cracked or damaged. Just not so brittle that it falls apart. I already have the correct plug. This is on my want list of this project, but not holding up my project, understandably. I don’t have to have original or correct either. (Beggars can’t be choosers) But you know that I would appreciate damaged correct over new incorrect. Thanks. PM if you can help

The flange on the plug seats very close to the lettering on originals
