1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 Convertible
- #’s matching, Broadcast sheet, and PHS Documented, 22k miles on Odom and title (look at pedals and interior. You be the judge)
- Early production 09D High optioned factory car: 400 v8 YT motor, 400 Hydra-matic Trans, Safe-T-Track Posi rear, Hood tach, A/C, Convertible, Power top, Power Windows, PS, PB, Deluxe Interior, Remote mirror, Deluxe Steering wheel, Woodgrain dash & center console with clock, Am/Fm Radio, Soft Ray glass, Wire Wheel PMD caps, & door edge guards.
- 400 car start right up, holds idle, runs & drives nicely, & stops.
- All work: Hood tach, speedometer, gas gauge, wipers, washer fluid, power top, power windows, ps, Pb, headlights, dash lights, reverse lights, marker lights, turn signals, and horn.
- Chrome Valve covers and air cleaner cover were removed due to pitting. It is the original YT engine
- All body panels look to be original to the car. Convertible frame, Hood, valances, firewall, front floors, rear floors, frame, rockers, trunk floor, shock towers, trunk lid, door boxes, and doors are all pretty solid. The original fenders and quarter panels have had work in the past. 400 car was repainted decades ago and shows its age. I cannot emphasize enough on how solid the undercarriage and trunk are in this Pontiac!
- This Pontiac has most of its original equipment and most is in working order. Even has both cocktail shakers in the trunk and 3 muffler set up. Still sitting as the time capsule it is with 1979 NJ inspection sticker, 1975 College parking pass stickers.
- The interior is in great shape. Dash has no cracks and hasn’t been hacked up. Original radio in place. Seats and pedals are in such good shape, that it leads one to believe that the mileage is 22k.
