This is part number, 2863224 18" 7 blade cooling fan. The application shows many applications of 1968 to 1974 Mopar, Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler with 340, 383 and 440 motors. It obviously also fits GM since it came off my Nova 396 (Previous owner installed). It comes with 1/2" and 1" spacers. Asking $130 and includes shipping.
