That’s an extremely rare large journal 3.25 stroke crankshaft.

Needs an eyeballs view or better pics as the Z Digit = Fremont Plant so not a Nova and probably a Chevelle/Camino Vin?
More digging necessary too as EP's a '67 suffix not '68 A-Body or if early could be, note Dec engine build?:hmmm:
