I know we use the term 'survivor' carefully around here, but this one has to qualify.

I've been wondering what the "Bullitt Effect" is gonna do to the 67-68 Mustang market after the January auction. If anybody has ever had one of these on their Bucket List now might be the time to pull the trigger on one before the insanity kicks in!

Eleanor in the remake of "Gone in 60 seconds" is what first drove these cars up into crazytown back in 2000. I think the 67/68 fastback design is timeless and they'll always be high, but influence like that movie and of course, Bullitt, will raise prices during bubbles in popularity. For this car, if everything checks out, I don't see that being too far out of line.

Cheers

So not knowing a single thing about FORDS let alone a Survivor like this ( I like it ) what is it worth? Which is not to say, I think it will get bid or sell on eBay ( great advertising though )

I was surprised when I saw the car was bid to $45.1k with 7 days left. I then realized it was a "private" auction.
