'70 L78 Nova - Really a Survivor?

Nice car but I have a hard time with the seller claiming this is a 'survivor' with a repaint, decked block, etc. It's a beautiful car but let's just call it a sympathetic restoration....

Lotta issues/mysteries with this one. Looks like original, deluxe door panels (a +) but repro PUI "puffys" in rear.? that's a new one
