Those look like Trendsetter Sidewinders as used on AMX's.
Drop by one of the AMC boards, someone probably needs 'em.

There are some on ebay (eBay item number:153648624895) with the following below description:

Sidewinder side exhaust, or sidepipes, and covers for all 1963-1967 Chevy Corvette. Real neat Day 2 accessory. Common application of these were on AMC AMX's and Javelins, but Trendsetter Products, or Tadco made them for other cars as well.
