NOS Chevelle wiper transmission

Have a left side wiper transmission with the part #4918229 on the pivot. Looks to be a Left side 68-72 A Body with hidden wipers. (please do your own research) Box is shot (moldy and ripped up) with no other numbers. Directions are dated 7/72
