If someone is travelling from Maple Grove Minnesota 55369 to Warren Michigan 48089 I would appreciate a little help getting an O Type Olds bare differential housing.
Fastenal quoted $148.00 USD $192.00 CAD (more than I paid for the housing)
I would gladly pay $50.00 USD to help with your gas, and compensate for pick up and drop off time.
I am looking to get this housing from the seller to DTS so they can weld spring perches back on and straighten/check alignment.
I am not trying to get someone to go out of the way, if this is a normal route please let me know.

Anyone travelling... anywhere.....
I wish I had done a road trip to several states close by before Covid as I have a few parts to move around...
Anyone close to Maple Grove Minnesota 55369 that could store this diff?

IMO the Fastenal quote is pretty reasonable. I've never been able to ship a housing for less than that.

Is fastenel best for big, size wise, as well as heavy items? Not trying to hijack but I’m in a similar situation need to get something from NE to Mi
I’ll let you know what I find out

Unless I’m missing something Fastenal isn’t shipping right now. Fedx was ridiculous !

Are you still looking for someone near Maple Grove, MN to help you out with this rear differential? I live about 20 miles from there and could possibly help you out until shipping options open up.

That would be awesome, even just to stash it away for a season....

Thanks!!

I shipped a complete rear from OK to PA a few years back with YRC. I had to put it on a pallet and take it to a terminal. I believe it was $125 to the closest terminal to the buyer.
YRC is kind of strange. If you walk in and order it up, it costs about twice the price of scheduling on line.
Good luck.
