View Full Version : My Cars & Coffee
It snowed today, again, so I had to look at some better times. I do a C&C once a summer, anyone here, I’m in the Square Lake & Woodward area, stop in my next one. You never know who’s going to show, I had a Pontiac Engineer, Retired GM clay modeler, m3-4 guys from the GM tech center brought their cars, a few neighbors, another neighbor just finished his 64 Malibu, so he’s in this year he said, the SD and the Bonnie were just mint. Looked like a 1974 Ad, lol. Baileys, Kahlua, and bloody Mary’s were available. Anyway, here’s a few pics.
A few more, a bud with this Imperial, damn near took up half the drive, lol

WOW!!! This is such a small world. I’m from California and went to Michigan last year. My fiancée has some family in Michigan so we went out there last summer to visit some of them and go to the Woodward dream cruise. The owner of the orange 71 challenger in your pics, Matt, is her cousin’s husband’s brother! He was such a cool guy! He took us to his shop and let us cruise in his challenger and the Imperial Grand Coupe down Woodward. Is he a member on this site?
No he’s not here, he’s a member at my F Body site, I’ve known matt a long time, Wow, small world. I did tell him this year to bring the boat, the Imperial lol.
So far no one from The Yenko Site has come, I really don’t know many here, I did post this up a couple weeks early so some local guys Might stop by.

Security token-
A security token is a peripheral device used to gain access to an electronically restricted resource. The token is used in addition to or in place of a password. It acts like an electronic key to access something. Examples include a wireless keycard opening a locked door, or in the case of a customer trying to access their bank account online, the use of a bank-provided token can prove that the customer is who they claim to be.
Some tokens may store cryptographic keys that may be used to generate a digital signature, or biometric data, such as fingerprint details. Some may also store passwords.[1] Some designs incorporate tamper resistant packaging, while others may include small keypads to allow entry of a PIN or a simple button to start a generating routine with some display capability to show a generated key number. Connected tokens utilize a variety of interfaces including USB, near-field communication (NFC), radio-frequency identification (RFID), or Bluetooth. Some tokens have an audio capability designed for vision-impaired people.

This guy (John is his name) is 84 years young.
I hope I'm still going to car shows in my 421 4 speed Pontiac when I am 84*.
I ran into him at lunch one day, right before the inaugural MCACN:

I wondered because of the “Rare 6” license plate. I figured it would have a 6 cylinder. Very cool!
What a great event, I love shows like that.
John is an awesome guy, I met him at a Cruze in at Mike Savoie about 15 years ago, turns out him and my mechanic are long friends, did you happen to talk to his friend Larry?
Larry is the Carb Obi wan
John has a few cars, he’s got a green 80 Malibu lightly hot Rodded. It has a Buick dash in for all the gauges.
Good time, thanks to all who came.
