Am I missing something here, or is the passenger side rear wheel arch rusted away on this car? I'm curious how the seller can claim this car is rust free....
In any case, $12,500 for an engineless '68 Firebird convertible seems like a stretch.

Wow, not to mention all the mud in the driver's quarter. Oh, and that fender is toast. Looks like a field car to me.

Define rust free? Apparently it means the metal that hasn't already rusted is rust free.

Always reminds me of my friend’s story. He went to look at a “rust free” Mustang in Minnesota years ago and arrived to find a car with most of the lower 3-4” of sheetmetal cut off with a nibbler shear. Seller considered that car to be now be “rust free”.

My buddies mom found a 78 Trans Am in a building of older lady she knew. She told me no rust. Well there is a place on each fender the size of your hand of bondo ready to fall out. My friend had it at his house to put carpet in it for her. Pulled carpet and no back floor, then pulled axle so he could fix the frame rails. She didnt look very close.
