I’m blind to values on these cars. A friend showed me this car above

It says Deal Pending but I’m curious what is such a car likely selling for?? I don’t know what the list price was but just curious for thoughts???

Thanks

Very low production numbers on these cars. A car this solid with the all piece still in place is probably $60 on the low side even with under carriage not restored

That must be a quite an early '71 if those JW wheels are original to it.

Repro brake booster and components. Missing all the original A/C parts. That giant pile of parts in the photo does not contain the uber-rare 455HO A/C bracket - they show the stock 455 bracket. Also does not have the correct factory A/C POA valve - they have the modern cycling valve instead.

Other than that it looks like a nice car with good bones and original drivetrain - block, trans, carb. Missing the original distributor - it has a modern HEI installed.

I believe they had the car priced at 70k. They have had the car for about 6 months now. Was hard to get a solid number out of him. My Dad had talked to him about the car and I was not impressed with the answers to his questions. There was also some dialog about lower quarters being replaced as well.

There was an 18k mile unrestored car available back then. While it had a replacement block along with one cylinder head, it was a better car IMO, had better docs, accountable history, and better curb appeal. I believe that car could have been bought for 74k.

Hope this helps.
