I remember receiving a call while at MCACN setting up, and it was Ed stating his condition, and that he wouldn't be able to bring the Yenko -Trans Am or attend.


He was a fantastic guy, who left an impression on a lot of people, and I too miss Ed!

I miss Ed as well. He had a brother-in-law who was also a member on this site. He used to help Ed with his cars. Maybe he could chime in if he is still around?

His brother in-law Dennis is still active in the hobby. He attends MCACN and a great car enthusiast as well. There is a Ed Lis Memorial Award presented at MCACN, which Dennis and his family award.

Yep, Dennis is an awesome guy...We've had some great conversations at MCACN!
