Hi sYc Friends, rare find here - this is clearly a vintage NCRS display plate. It's been on a garage wall for at least 25 years and was clearly on the front of a car for some time before that - there's fine chips on the front attesting to use on a driven car. It is heavy steel (weighs > half pound!) and has a painted back, does not appear homemade. I have never seen one like this before, and suspect it is quite old - clearly has significant age and a very cool piece.
