Greetings all,I read the story about "THE WORLDS ONLY ZL1 EXPERT" and his RESTORATION business here not too long ago and was Horrified.Im always looking for something to hold my interest and found this article on the web.WWW.spencerrestor.over.blog.com.I think the Judge who let this guy loose should be in Jail himself for poor JUDGEMENT.Check it out.Comments ,Ideas on how to stop this Joker?!

He has not been "let go". He is out on bond. He isn't even scheduled for arraignment until May 11, 2020.
