Could anyone help me ID this block and what it night be out of. I've had it for about 25 years. Small block Chevy. Block # is 3858180. Pad digits are TIII8EEH. Thank you for the help!!

327 Block Cast on Oct 25, 1965 for the 1966 model year.

T- Tonawanda Engine
1118 - Nov 18 build
EEH - 327/275hp with 4bbl Holley Carb

I had forgot to add that when I bought it I was told it was from a mid 60s Corvette but I just thought that was a story to sell it. Thanks for the info and breaking down the stamps for me.
