This one is a bit of a project, but talk about the best colors and great drivetrain options. Looks like it had a Parchment top originally, and I'd love to put it back to that combination.

Wow!!-- Almost identical to the 442 I ordered while in Vietnam ... mine was a W-30 with auto and no vinyl top ... same color combo except mine had gold stripes ... I have been told it is in someones backyard in Clovis, NM ... eyes are out there looking for it.

There is a 69 442 convertible that runs around my neck of the woods that is a special order paint car with the Rally Green that they were putting on the Camaros at the time. White top and interior, and W30 car to boot. I am pretty sure it is a well documented, matching numbers car, but I am not an expert on them. The only thing I don't like about the car is that he is running the old Weld drag stars on it with BFG white letters. I would lose those in a heartbeat. But truly a beautiful car, and like a one of one.

I believe the Markowitz dealership is who Motion Performance team up with to hop up Oldsmobiles.

That gold side-stripe looks tough!
Love the old pics that have the month/year on the side. A big plus 50 years later-
:)

My best friend in High School had a 69 dark blue 442, 4 speed, black interior. Best riding car I ever rode in. It was the epitome of day 2. Then he stripped it down and made a race car out of it. Beat it to death and sold it to a Oldsmobile enthusiast. I hope to this day it wasn't crushed or parted but I have never seen it again.

She came with the gold hood stripes and I added the stripe along the side ...
