It intake was cast on Feb 3rd '64 and the engine was assembled on Feb 11th. The RD suffix indicates it was a 300hp with manual trans installed in a Corvette. The 4111506 is the VIN of the Corvette.

Verne's right and it'd be nice to find the original Vette if it exists also it's still valuable for another '64 w/ missing lump.
No hits Googling the Vins now but best hope is anyone out there w/ the car searching the Vin lands here.

would be cool to see it reunite with it's original Vette , but sounds like the perfect Motor to have in the 55

I joined a Corvette forum and put it on there....it would be cool to find the car where it belongs in.

That would be interesting to hear about.
I have a 66 HE coded 327 here with it's matching 4 speed that my father bought complete around 1972 with very low miles on it. Still runs perfectly. I often wondered if the vette was still out there.

Pull the plugs squirt some 50/50 mix of ATF and Acetone. Let it sit overnight. Then rock it back and forth in gear if a car is a stick
