Th HLA letters in the ebay user name line quite well with the seller/buyer mentioned. Use your own best judgement.

No comment on the seller or the price, 0D17 is a known date for a 70 837. This is the only one I have saved.

not saying that it's the case here, but I've seen stampers make an original 834 into an 837.

I think the seller knows the 0D17 is a known 837 date, and that date (re)stamp looks the worst...

FWI, I sold that seller a couple of 834's a year or so ago. I'm pretty sure that's the stamper from Tenn. He's uses a couple of different Ebay names so be careful.
