The seller mentions he believes the engine is original, but the June 2nd engine assembly date seems late for the 05A body tag.

Looks like a pretty decent car overall...cool to see an original rosewood wheel on this one.

I'd have hated to be the original owner during pickup day at the dealer. "The engine will be along in a month or so and the trans about a month later than that....the factory is really busy right now" The seller is pretty crafty with his wording for sure.
"Numbers matching" sure ain't what it used to be.

N643783 was final-assembled on or about May 14th. Not built with a June 2nd engine.

Doesn't look like any of the drive train is original by the numbers he supplied in the auction.

Repop booster, master cyl, center caps etc

Actually that trans (P0701) would be 13 months later!!!

so basically a cowl tag with z28 "type" parts...and shiny paint is what you are getting ...sounds great just makes my L78 undocumented more valuable!
