IMHO I think it is stamped. Not real sure on the tag either looks fishy.

I had an early 67 L78 documented with POP, Spoke to the original owner, original drivetrain. 04B NOR 4P car.

My understanding is that the first L78’s were 03C and 03D...both 4P cars.

All that work and there's that cheap-o air cleaner again. Had to put that spoiler on it too.

The reserve was lifted and the car sold for $53,750.
I think the buyer did just fine.
