I have so many questions about this car - wondering if it's something really special, or just a '60s custom that was never restored back to original condition.
Power windows, too.

More of an XP-700 homage. I think there were aftermarket kits with XP-700 style bodywork you could "update" your C1 with. Technically the XP-700 apparently became the Mako Shark concept later, but it had no visible headlamps, etc. https://www.corvetteblogger.com/2014/07/17/pic-throwback-thursday-bill-mitchells-xp-700-corvette-concept/

----I think Ecklers had a nose like this a guy could buy back in the day. There was also a place in California, but I can't remember the name.....Bill S
