Didn't all 69 Camaros have the chrome trim on the rocker? It looks like the Z/28 emblem on the front fender is misaligned as well. I think I saw this car at Indy in July.

Yup, was at Indy: 124379N668565.

All 1969 Camaros had the rocker trim.
