Cool color combo, AND it runs and drives and looks pretty solid. I'll bet a guy would get way more attention at a car show pulling up in this thing versus a restored piece....

cool car but the placement of the 396 emblems appears to be way off.

----You are right, Dave! I would guess that since both fenders have a fresh squirt that they are both new. Who doesn't check where to put the emblems???......Bill S

Would look killer with the white vinyl top added back on, though not sure how you do it to match the patina. I do love that whole color/interior combo.

My dad bought a new '67 Austin Healey in spring '68, the last new one the dealer had, and it had WHN prefix plates. I grew up in the east bay and Albany was a stone's throw away.

Are there pin holes in the trunk floor, or are those specks of something dark ?
It IS really clean for a survivor and with no reserve at only 26.6k, it will probably sell for a fair amount more.

It’s missing the stainless trim that a rally sport should have?

Now I don't remember if that came with the rs or trim package ??
I know one can buy the correct grille and doors, with the silver color on the horizontal bars, rather than the all black, as the '67's were. Whether they fit and function is another chapter altogether.

He doesn’t refer to it being an original RS, in fact he says it has the RS headlights. Given that it doesn’t have the side trim, I’m guessing that the headlights, taillights and backup lights have been added.

I suspected from what I could see that it was possibly an RS that had the SS badges added?
If I were interested I would ask him.
