Believe to be a rare early production 4210 1968 Z28 Cross Ram Carburetor. Date is 8 2 4 - 4th Week February 1968. The 4210 is etched in but this may very well be the case with these early carbs. Has the correct 4743 front primary metering plate. Rear secondary metering plate is 4841. $3,000. Shipping from 14428

PART number comes up as a 3810 Holley?

Yes originally the 3810 was going to be used on the cross ram intake. They were modified and the list number was changed to 4210. As far as I know this is one of the early ones.
