We now have the links up for direct booking for the DoubleTree (aka Party Central!), the Embassy Suites and the aLoft.

Links for the Hilton and the Crowne will be up real soon.

We will not be working with the Hyatt, as we have experienced issues for our people for several years. The Hilton replaces the Hyatt, and it is also attached to the convention center via the overhead bridge system.

The Crowne will offer the lowest rate at $119 per night.

Here is the direct link to book your rooms; https://www.mcacn.com/hotels

PLEASE NOTE: These are the ONLY Officially endorsed MCACN Hotels. They know what we are all about, have extra perks for our participants and spectators and special rates.

We will NEVER call you or have anyone call you to solicit hotel business. If someone calls or emails saying they are affiliated with us, HANG UP or delete any correspondence.

Bring on 2021!

OK...we now have the link up for the Crowne Plaza!

They are offering the lowest rate at $119 per night, and as always, great extra perks for our participants AND our spectators. This hotel is directly across the street from the convention center.

You can use this direct booking link for the Crowne Plaza now;

Should have the link for the Hilton any time now. The rate there will be $139, and again, they will be providing extra MCACN perks!

The Hilton, which is also right across the street, is attached to the convention center via the overhead bridge, so you can stay inside all week if you stay there.

Will update with the link as soon as I get it.

Thanks/BA

Im in, I booked at the Double Tree. As a rookie last year I stayed at the Hyatt, which was fine and was hooked up to a heated skywalk. Looking forward to being right across the street from the entrance. :worship:

You are going to love the DT; we take over the entire Hotel, and everyone there is all about MCACN. And of course, Gibson's right off the lobby!

If you're lucky, you may even be invited into Dru's Lounge, aka the center lobby seating area, where Dru holds private court...after judging, of course!

We are all looking forward to the show and friendships from across North America. Our car is entered . My question...I see on the websites of the various hotels to choose from that there is a minimum stay required that is non-refundable . What if C-19 puts restrictions on certain states and some folks are unable to attend...I assume those folks loose there $$. Thoughts ? Thank you .

The Crowne Plaza, in the past, would let you cancel 24 hours out with no charge. I have stayed there in the past and have had to cancel without any issue. I don't know if this is the current policy, though.

I just booked two rooms at the Hilton over the phone. I/we chose this hotel because they only require a 2 day cancellation notice with no charge and no minimum stay requirements. Which works for us as we drive down Saturday morning. The only downside is that they charge $39 for parking.......but I’ll see if we can get that cut down since my wife is a rewards member.

Kurt

EDIT.....parking is normally $29 but the MCACN discount is $15. That’s a lot better....thanks MCACN!!!

When this happened last year, the three hotels that have this policy ALL refunded all fees.

If this is a concern, the aLoft and the Hilton do not have this requirement.

This is correct. We are waiting for the direct booking link, but all contracts have been signed and they have also agreed to extra perks for us, including the $15 parking.

This is our new replacement for the Hyatt. The Hilton is also attached to the convention center with the overhead enclosed bridge and the rate is $139.00 per night.

Thanks;

Absolutely; Vicki sent out several emails regarding this, and also a regular mail confirmation letter last month; all 2020 entries automatically rollover to 2021, including those in the special and Invitational displays. Did you not receive anything from us?
