-GM Saginaw 5679142 Manual steering box in super clean condition that needs nothing and the date code is great with a stamp of B0560 (Second shift of February 25 1970) even the casting date is just two days before this date marked 54 (February 23 1970). Spins tight and smooth with just your fingers and unit includes all 3 original "RBW" Bolts with thick washers and also the big nut and washer for the pitman arm. I cleaned out the OLD dried up grease and put a 1/4 fill of Grease for now (Will need to be filled 3/4 full through bottom hole screw before use). A new Paper gasket was also installed. Tough to find a better assembly line "Born With" box.
$250 USD Plus $20 Shipping, Paypal "Friends"

Revised & Edited, Fits 1969 Camaro only as it has the short shaft.

Now *SOLD*

UPDATE >>> My BAD
This is the shorter input shaft for a 1970 Camaro, Title should read 1970 Camaro not Chevelle.

Might want to check again. The 70 Camaros had the long shaft also. 69 Camaros had a short shaft. Probably 70 novas also.

The good news is I have an Extra Long Shaft I kept for years in Stock and I will most likely swap out this short one for a long one so I can sell it to my 1970 Chevelle clients soon.
I'll try to sell it to a 1969 Camaro owner first for now.
thanks for the info.
