I think we’re going to have a new winner in the unused truck price derby.

Crazy! BaT also currently has a 29 mile 75 Caprice convertible being offered. You could buy both and time travel back to your favorite Chevy dealer in 1975 :D

Hah! Those BJ photos have nothing on the BaT pics, WOW! The above photos look like they're right out of the brochure... IMHO.

Guessing he was ridiculed back in 2014 for the $28k being stupid money.....today's high prices are tomorrows bargains.

It's at 75k now.

One went for 85k on BAT last year and it wasn't near as nice.

$80K now. I just can't understand why these are so high.

I went and looked at a recent 72 K5 Blazer that was local and on BAT. Went for $40K, and was absolutely full of Bondo. The doors hinges had homemade shims jammed in them to get the doors to shut. The hinge on drivers door was so misaligned that the hinge was shimmed out at least 3/4". I am not kidding it was shocking. The right rear quarter in front of the tire had a "screen" patch on the inside of the quarter that was undercoated over. This truck was a total piece of shit. But it had a nice Orange paint job. My guess is that once these totally clueless buyers who have bought these trucks figure out what they have they will be back up for sale. The seller of this truck bought it July 2020 and told me he figured out he did not have room for it. I thought what?? He kept telling me the panels just needed to be adjusted and it would be a number 1 truck. I just kept listening and finding one screw up after another.
Here is the gem. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1972-chevrolet-blazer-38/

$80K now. I just can't understand why these are so high.

Not many left and a lot of folks love old trucks. They were extremely rust prone. Rocker boxes and rockers would rust out and they were scrapped.

Not many survivor types and the prices get crazy for them.

I'd much rather have a '69-'75 Blazer/Jimmy than a '69 Z/28.

I have a '75 Blazer project truck at the moment.

Someone on here sold a first gen Blazer cheap a couple months ago. Hard to find original rust free examples.
