Emblem Restoration

I want to use my original emblems on a 1969 Z/28. Has anyone found the correct colors ( red and white ) to restore the emblems?

Actually, I just looked at mine, looks like silver, not white. :flag:

Early Z/28 emblems use silver for the "28". Later replacements use white. Not sure what year they changed over. Silver is assy line correct.

Was the silver flat, satin, or gloss?
