Looks like it was a 1111481 at one time which is 69 Camaro 307 distributor.

I agree with that. Zero was stamped over the 1.

So far, this appears to be the second bogus distributor he is trying to sell.

Those areas are the hot bed for valuable distributors and alternators. There must be a vacuum sucking them to those locations. /snark

The seller is from Orangeville Ontario (close to Toronto) and goes by the name of Jeff.
