This seems pretty fairly priced at $38k. Build sheet, too.... Needs a set of wheelwell moldings for sure, but looks ready to cruise.

Anyone know what RPO F45, "Heavy Duty Frame" refers to?

It's a "boxed" main frame rail, standard on all convertibles. Std. frame cars essentially had the main frame constructed out of C-channel, the heavy duty frame closed the open end of the C in.

I know nothing about GTO's but this car looks like a straight car. Less some dress up in the trunk.
