I know of these decals. The weird thing is that these were the VERY FIRST THING I EVER BOUGHT ON EBAY, April 2002, 3,300 transactions later. Here’s the thing, I bought Pontiac ones. I didn’t own a Pontiac until 2016. Even more crazy than that, I opened the package a couple of weeks ago. I put them on my 1968 GTO and they blew off in the wind! I still have two new old stock sets that I never installed.

They may be earlier than the 80's since there is no barcode on the package.
