I aquired a 5460346 master cyl core some time ago & I can't determine it's usage. The pad is pitted badly but it looks like it has a "P". It's bore is 1.125". Both ports measure .500 with a dial caliper. It has 2 bleeder screws. There is a casting of D4. The piston is real shallow (3/8 or so) as manual disc brake cars are. Any help out there? Thank you, Joe

Here is the PG stamp on the master cylinder on my 71 Corvette.
Manual brake cars use a DC master - 67-early 72 is the same master cylinder.
Casting doesn't change after that however they are stamped on the first boss with the assembly stamp and date.

The machining or assembly date is on the first boss with the line coming out.
If there is not a jullian date (formatted: LAST digit of year followed by the day 001 -365) it is from a 67-69

Thanks James. There's no date & that pad is too pitted to determine anything....Joe

Best I can tell it’s either a P, S or 8 but it’s too far gone to know for certain.
