who to rebuild a TILT STEERING COLUMN

who do you guys recommend to rebuild my 68 camaro tilt steering column

There is a guy here in Fort Wayne by the name of Wayne Wiles. He's been doing it for at least 35-40 years. I think he goes by "GM Tilt" or that's what his card says. I'm pretty sure he sells on Ebay also. I may have his last name spelled incorrectly but I can get his number when I get to work in the morning.
