A guy that works down the road from me stopped by and asked if I knew what these lug pattern adapters were. He is missing a couple and is looking for replacements. I have never seen anything like them. Is anyone familiar with what these are and if they are still available?
Thanks,
Jason

I've seen them before, but can't remember what wheels they were for. I stopped to help a woman with a flat tire about 35 years ago and those were on her car. She didn't have the right lug nuts to fit the spare tire, so I had to drop her off where she could use a phone to call for help.

Those are for Appliance aluminum wheels. I have changed some years ago, real pain. I did a quick search and found some under appliance wheel lugs under images.

Roto Lug was the Appliance name, available Center style also Eccentric as below pics.

Not Roto Lug but ceck out the offset studs as last pic, anyone here ever used these?
Best of luck Jason!
