Greetings,
I stumbled on to this Forum in search of a differential oil cooler for one of the Breedlove AMX's that I am working on. Of course the name "Supercar Registry" sounds way too cool for me not to join up anyway.
Two of my personal cars carry the name Super Car which just adds to the fun.
I have a Hurst SC/Rambler as well as a Hornet SC/360 where the "SC" actually does stand for Super Car.
This is my SC/Rambler:

My Daughter's '69 Javelin 304 AW4 loaded. Hers is the Big Bad White one.

A few of the others in need of everything. I bought the raggety old red '69 AMX in 1974. It was my High School car.

Fantastic collection and Thank You so much for joining, many of us on here are huge 'not-so-closet' AMC fans.
THE MCACN Nash Nutz AMC display is amazing if you've never been. Or perhaps you have already been part of it?

Thanks again! This is my newest addition to the collection. Most of the time I buy complete junk to build a car out of but for once this one is all there. It looks better than it is but it is drivable for the most part. This rounds out my collection of the 2-seater AMX sports cars that were built from 1968 through 1970. This one is a 1970 AMX with a 360 4-speed. They made a total of 4,116 AMX's in 1970 and they made 836 with the 360 4 speed. Kinda too much red for me but getting used to it.

A previous owner had put a Donohue Spoiler which only came on Javelins. I am planning on putting a rear adjustable wing on it witch was a dealer installed option.

Did some minor stuff to the AMX by adding MACHINE wheels and Group 19 rear wing and front spoiler.
I also changed from a 3.54 rear end to a 2.87 for highway driving.

Wow great stuff. Have you ever had the SC/Rambler out and made passes in it (at Milan)? I really like those cars.

Yea years ago. I could only manage a 13.00 something because of... reasons and excuses. With the SC/Rambler and the SC/360 Hornet you (or I) had to idle out of the hole then gradually floor it to get any sort of traction before I could get moving or it would just ignite the tires. Fun as hell igniting the the tires but you don't win races that way.
You have to move back to the start of the video to see it.

I saw it run there a couple weeks ago, gorgeous car! Now I wish I had asked if the owner was around, I was chatting with Rich Corsello about my '73 401 4-speed AMX. He was wheeling the blue SC.
