Hey Guys, I've had this hood in the corner of my shop for a long time.
Thinking about offloading it to someone who could use it, instead of decorating the wall for another 20 years.
Does anyone know how to tell if it's a real motion hood, or a repop?
I'm also looking for a ballpark number of what it might be worth.
Not pie in the sky dreamer numbers- just a reasonable fair estimate.
I might be interested in trading it off too. Thanks

I think it’s a Harwood like mine. It’s the first Vette one I’ve seen on the site and it has bolt hole in front for Vette forward hinges.
Is it a Motion or a repop. IMO there’s no such thing as a repop hood like these, Motion-Yenko-Dana all those guys just bought hoods from some manufacturers like Harwood- A&A etc..
For years I thought I had a Yenko hood but just recently figured out it’s a Harwood.
It’s a cool hood and I’m sure someone would like to have it. What’s it worth! Don’t know but I’m going to set on mine because you don’t see many around.

Best regards,

Hi Folks,

Thanks for all the info. I've had a few PM's with more info & some interested parties inquiring to the price.

I have decided I would sell this hood for $500.

Local pickup is preferable.

If not possible, we might be able to work out another delivery method.

Thanks,

Bill
