Reading comments from people who have no interest or intention on bidding. Always a circus of clowns on most BAT auctions. Sit back and read. SMH

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but the BS shows the stripes should be black. Any thoughts?
Very nice car indeed.

You guys like the build sheets? And 3.31s with an M22? I thought standard gear for an m22 was 4.10s?

Sheets are quite questionable in my opinion. M22 with both 4.10 and 3.31 gears.

That build sheet is obviously fake. Looks like they tried to make it from the build sheet from Rich's old LS5 which was also sold from Looney's as well.

It has been already proven that buidlsheet is fake. Even Dale Mcintosh verified it.

LOL.....plus the Engine stamping is 100% homemade, they picked the wrong car to try to pass off as an original, being it came from the Kansas City Leeds plant.

Thankfully it’s now publicly changing hands and all who are smart enough to do even a little due diligence, will know better when it’s next listed For Sale.

We all know it won’t be long LOL

My car (in the For Sale section here) was accepted on BAT a month ago, and was in the final stages of them writing the listing . They refuse to put "L79" in the title, and instead buried it way down in the decription. When I objected , a senior "editor" told me that they would not do it because " if a Fuelie Vette now has a different engine in it , then it is no longer a Fuelie Vette" The Canadian Documentation seemed to count for nothing. There was not any attempt to misrepresent the car. The fact that the last 3 L79 Chevy II's that they featured did not have a single scrap of evidence or documentation to prove they were real did not seem to bother them at all.

I thought bulletproof documentation and 30 year owner history were more important than restamped parts and fake buildsheets ?

The comments section there was described by a friend as a "Train wreck ". Very true.
