Any chance someone here has this magazine?
If so, would you mind scanning the pages of the article on the Canadian 454 Killer Car on the front cover and posting? I've found the first page of the article but would like to see the entire article.

Hey, so, I just asked the seller whose eBay auction you pulled that photo from to send me photos of pages 38 & 39... I'll post here if he does if it's not worth the $12 for immediate satisfaction here:

Cheers!
Anthony

edit: just saw the link was already posted above... maybe he'll reply to me.

Just spend the $12, especially if the seller takes the time to send the pics.

Jason,

I know I look really cheap not ordering the magazine! Based on my VERY limited experience ordering small stuff from the US, the shipping costs can be more than the item and then sometimes you get an additional charge for brokerage fees which pi$$e$ me off!

Hey! Would you believe the seller DID send me photos of those two pages?!

Here they are, I know page 38 isn't really readable but I'm loathe to ask him again.

Who here thinks I should just buy it from them as a thank you?

Tell you what Luvchevs, if it'll put this 47 year longing to bed for you, I'll split it with you; send me $6 USD and I'll buy it and I'll email you a full, legible scan of the article. PM me.

Oh, and if anyone goes to MTO for a Vehicle Information Packet on this license plate and buys the car, I will be expecting a beer, or 24 if I ever make it to a MCACN show!

Cheers, and enjoy!

Thanks for your help!
Cool article on a car that would have been a real head turner for sure!
Wonder if the car was painted in the USA or Canada?
Lesson may be the cheap Canadian should have bit the bullet and pay for the magazine and associate fees!
Find it real interesting the car owners name was Mike but the license plate was EDS 888.
Maybe it wasn’t a special order plate, who knows?
I doubt the car still exists, probably well used back in the day but who knows?
I’ve attended a lot of the main custom car and Corvette shows in Toronto over the year and never seen it.

Hah, didn't realize you were in Canada - I could've brought it in my luggage next time I was up north of the 49th parallel.

Anyway, looking at the photos again, I see that the missing text on page 38 in the first photo, is legible in the second photo of page 39; so everyone's happy!

Cheers!
