Wow, I've been to that show many times...mostly with Dave Lindsley (rest in peace), Dana Hurt and Mark Sheppard!

I will see if I can make it.... That was always a great show. I met Dave Lindsley there. I can remember him sitting in his chair smoking his cigar at 7:30 in the morning. I approached his Fathom Green Camaro and was very impressed with the body work. I recognized him from a couple months before when I saw his black L78 Nova, which was the nicest Nova I'd ever seen. I approached him and told him, "You have the best cars." He just laughed and said, "I don't know about the best." We spoke the same language and he taught me a lot about these old Chevys. I think about him all the time, he would've been really happy to see my gold 67 as he had a shop full of Day 2 speed parts. He had the attention to detail that many of us really appreciate. RIP Dave

He absolutely would have. He pointed out your blue Camaro to me one of the last times I was at that show with him. :beers:
