'69 440/4-sp Charger R/T Project

Cool car but definitely tired...evidently has the original 4-speed trans but a replacement 440. Is this a $50k project car?

The 68-70 Charger market is absolutely red hot right now. A 4 speed R/T 69....he likely will get in the 40's for it. Ridiculous. Would want to really check out the right front to know why it has a '68 door, fender, and grille.
