This one has been discussed at length on the site. Cool project with a $36k buy-it-now price.

Is that accurate regarding it being the only factory 4.56 one made?

That don’t seem right. A lot of racing in 1969. Street racers had to be ordering 4:56 and 4:88

Like the 427 COPO option, the special gear ratio options may not have been known by dealerships or customers. My ‘69 Chevelle’s OO put 4.88 gears in as soon as he hit the strips.

Definitely 1968 grill….but the bumper is 1969. The fenders appear to be 1969….unless they’ve been modified.
