Believe it or not I found this page along with other year Camaro info buried in the 1957 Chevrolet GM Heritage Kit at this link:
https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/docs/gm-heritage-archive/vehicle-information-kits/Chevrolet/1957-Chevrolet.pdf

See pages 86-103 for oddities that don't belong in this kit

Worthy of note, the 1969 Camaro figures contain errors.

The total production of 243,085 is correct because it is as of December 31, 1969, included the extended production. The Z/28 figure shown is as of September 30, 1969. Total Z/28 production as of December 31 was 20,302.

The engine numbers add up to 243,095 so they are not accurate.

I had never heard of a 1975 Z. Has anyone had any info or back story on that car?

Does anyone have any insight into why 1980 and 1981 Camaro production was more or less half that of 1978/1979?

Was demand down that much? I had a '78 and IIRC, people were crazy about the Camaros and Firebirds then.

Well, it was the Carter years, after all.

Check out Trans Am production for the same years:
