1968 L78 SS Camaro garage find

The original owner of the L78 ordered it new from Prout Chevrolet. He owned a motor home and towed it when he went camping. The car is all original down to the exhaust and Muncie shifter. The only things that are missing is the original rally rims and smog. That being said, the car has sat since the early 80’s and needs a complete restoration.

4:56, M21. The car has power drum brakes.

The car still retains its original distributor, alternator, carb, exhaust manifolds/exhaust, coil, clutch fan, radiator with the tag and Muncie shifter.

With fresh gas, new plugs and wires, the car started right up!

Hard to tell all the details from the photos...but I would consider keeping it as is. Clean it up...make it safe and functional...and hit the street.
