Interesting car, kind of like you’d find them in the 90’s. NOM 455/auto, but originally optioned simple but right with RAIII, 4sp, Rally II’s. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1969-pontiac-trans-am-8/

Needs a lot, but there's not many T/A's you can still get as a project.

I think if I was in the market right now I'd take a strong look at this.

This car is up to $40,500. I really want it, but I was out at 35k.
By the time you add BAT's 5% buyer's premium, shipping from CA to GA and 7% GA sales tax you would be way upside down.
There is also the fact it will take 80k to make this an 80k car.
It would be a fun beater at 40k all in.

Up to 50K
That guy has bid on 14 cars. Always low bids.
He may be taking this one home though.

For anyone interested, the lowest quote(so far) I have received on UShip for open transport of this car from CA to GA was $1,589(plus $100 UShip fee).
That's cheap!

Just noticed it has a 350 bumper on it?For a street driver this can make a nice car but to try to put it back to how it left the factory will be expensive. To convert it back to a 4 speed will even make it more expensive as a correct carb and dizzy will be close to 6K alone.Block except for code is not a issue as with heads and intake.I dont know about paint back east but thats a 20 plus K paint job out here without new metal that might be needed. There is a ass for every seat.JMHO,Tom

The TA sold for 55k plus $2,750 buyer's premium. Total is $57,750.
With shipping and sales tax that would have put me at $63, 481.

If bought in CA that would add about 10% sales tax also!Tom
